After reading positive reviews online, I decided to give the company a call. The owner, James, was very nice and worked with me one on one to make sure that my property received the attention it deserved. Even from all the way in California, getting updates and pictures about how the process was going was a breeze. Owning property in a different state then the one you live can be a challenge. When the property manager let me know that the house I own in Boca had been flooded, I was totally at a loss. My Overall experience was positive. The work was completed properly and in an efficient manner with a 90 day warranty. The financing available at no interest for 4 months was beyond appreciated. The employee was in uniform, well groomed and even wore coverings over his boots to protect my floor. I have used their leak detection service twice and both experiences were positive. Also received a discount for being a returning customer, so that was really nice of them. would use again.

I had a huge pipe water leak that went un-noticed for about a week until I saw the damage coming through my bathroom walls and flooring ...AHHHHH Thanks to Restoration USA I was able to call them at 11pm when I noticed it and they answered!
