As Hurricane Matthew was affecting my location, I had a terrible back up into my house from clogged sewer line. I called Rotor Rooter about 3:30 pm on Friday, thinking they would probably make an appt. for beginning of next week. When scheduler, Bill, said they could be at my house within next 2 hours, I was so relieved. Robert Tooks, the service man, was here late that day and cleaned out my outside sewer line, made sure both showers and all sinks were running and draining clearer, even did some cleanup in one shower to help me as I have some health issues. He was very friendly, professional and did his job in a timely manner to my satisfaction. Would highly recommend not only Roto-Rooter, but if you are in So. FL area, as for Robert. He will definitely get your system working again & you will be as pleased as I was. I will call him again for any of my sewer and plumbing needs!

As a new homeowner in a new state I dialed a name I trusted. When they couldn’t find a simple solution they sent Jay Gallogly to the rescue. He came equipped with his camera and searched tirelessly until he found that the root of my problem was some unscrupulous contractor never connected my plumbing to the main sewer line. All the while they never once charged me a penny to snake my toilet then remove my toilet and snake the line then come out with a camera technician and dig dig dig keeping me informed step by step. It could have easily been a costly fix but Jay found the most economical fix to my problem. Professional and courteous, not to mention knowledgeable, he worked through his lunch to make sure it was done right this time. After the job was done he waited and ensured everything was working as it should. Will I call them again, without a doubt and will request Jay Gallogly.

Roto Rooter was very helpful from the very first phone call, their estimate was free and they even informed of their coupons on line. I did print it out and saved me $40.00 off the total bill. I had called two other companies prior to calling Roto-Rooter and their prices were higher, and charged for the estimate I was very pleased with my service from the minute Harris walked into my house. He was polite and witty and yet to the point. He explained my options to me and had the utmost patience with my questions and trying to make a decision of which road to take. Harris, made a terrible day get better and better, he made a terrible situation not so bad. I believe Roto-Rooter trains their people to give the utmost in Customer Satisfaction. I will certainly use Roto-Rooter again. I t was a very pleasant experience in every way.

Had a problem with the waste disposal line from the kitchen sink. Called our service company and they snaked & ran a camera into the line. Told me I had a break and roots in the pipes under the slab. Got estimates of up to $30,000 for repairs. Called Roto-Rooter who dispatched Alex Perez. After reviewing the video I had Alex felt that there was a different problem. He snaked the line and was able to penetrate further. He then ran a camera and determined that there was no break and no roots; only a lot of grease that had trapped debris. He cleaned out the pipes with his snake and solved the problem. Not only did Alex resolve my issue; but he was the most professional, knowledgeable, courteous, personable and all around competent technician. That he saved us $30,000 is a bonus. I wholeheartedly recommend Roto-Rooter.

October 29 2014 started out ok until my wife called me at work and said we had a flood in the half bath in the laundry room. The washer backed up in the bath and flooded in and the laundry room. I called the Roto Rooter at 1901 Green Rd and they said someone would be out in 1 hr. I headed home and by the time I got there 20 min later a gentleman named Beres was already talking to my wife. He then explained what he thought would solve the problem and what the cost would be. We decided to pull the toilet and clear the line that way. He completed the job as stated and with no extra cost and he accepted an internet coupon I printed out before I left work. We found him courteous and knowledgeable. No one wants a problem like this at home but Beres and Roto Rooter turned a bad morning into an all right day.

After moving into a newly renovated home we had a backup in our kitchen Calling Roto-Rooter was one of our best decisions in this home. The technician arrived at 6 pm and stayed 4 1/2 hours until he was confident the water could run. about 3 months later the backup reoccurred and they came and cleaned it out again and then brought a camera in to confirm the problem then did a turbo jet clean out. It now works great. Each and every person working for this company goes above and beyond and were so pleasant and professional They stand behind their guarantee and prices are very fair. Would highly recommend them and would certainly advise to make them my first call THANK YOU ROTO-ROOTER

Very prompt and knowledgeable! When every drain in my house started backing up, I called my brother in a panic and asked for advice. I had been looking online and was scared to death to just pick a plumber I had no knowledge of. My brother had used Roto Rooter in the past up in New York and was quite satisfied. I called ROTO ROOTER OF POMPANO BEACH. The secretary was quite helpful and promised someone would be at my house within the hour. He was at my home in 1/2 that time and had my blockage cleared and everything cleaned up within 90 minutes. My brother thought the price was on the expensive side, but having no alternative, I am quite satisfied.

Perhaps nothing equals the dismay you feel upon discovering a leak except maybe seeing flashing lights in your rear view mirror. I discovered my leak in the evening, and called the Coral Springs number. The receptionists I spoke to were courteous, efficient, and sympathetic. The technician, Adam (#1700) was terrific, knowledgeable and effective, and also personable. He also fixed another leak that I had become resigned to, and thought I had to live with. I have had service plans in the past, and gave them up because of the substandard technicians. I would definitely call this company again should the need arise

Our service technician, Demetrius, was truly outstanding. He completely understood everything about whole-house plumbing, and totally repaired the problem efficiently. It was actually fun to watch as he explained what he was doing at each step, including making recommendations to us how to prevent our blockage issues from happening again. Perfect experience! Firstly, I received notice by phone when they were on their way. The plumber arrived at my house on time and was very knowledgeable. He not only fixed the issue that was a backup in the main sewage line coming out of my house, but took the time to go over how the plumbing is laid out in my 67yr old Lake Worth house (with additions). Had a system stoppage. Called root-rooter and was given a show window. Did have to call to verify they were still coming. They did show about 2 hours late, but hey they came and fixed it. Please understand that their suggested show time is going to change a little for they have to finish their current job to help you. Aric Gainer employee number 4304 showed, was very professional and fixed the issue. He gave me his direct number in case any future problem appeared. Glad I called root-rooter!

He was polite, responsive and took the time to separately explain the situation to both me and my wife. Late last night my entire house backed up it was a mess. A tech, Mr. Ovan Clarke arrived very quickly. We tried to locate the outside drain he was diligent looking for it. Being a single mom with very little extra $ the addl fee to lift the toilet was going to hurt. Mr. Clarke worked for hours to clear the clog. He did a wonderful job, he worked so hard to make sure everything was done perfectly and even cleaned up! Mr. Clark is an asset to your company.

Called for stopped up kitchen sink, given a 2 hour window when plumber would arrive which was about 2 hours after I called for appointment. Plumber arrived when scheduled. Got the sink unplugged though, took several hours as well past what draino could do. Sink drained better than it ever had since we bought the house 6 years ago in West Palm Beach. Pleased with the knowledge and dilligence plumber showed.

The pipe underneath our kitchen sink had been old and had rusted through, luckily I went online quickly and saw these guys had great reviews - I called em up and they were able to send out 2 guys to take care of the problem. Had a drain line clog on Saturday morning and Roto-Rooter was there by 1 the same afternoon clearing the clog. And thanks to their camera equipment, the technician was able to show me a problem I have in my main drain line that will need repair in order to avoid future clogs. Thanks Roto-Rooter!
