We have been customers of Meacham for many years. They have replaced both furnaces in our home over the past five years, and did an excellent job. They are very prompt to respond to any request for service, even during the heat waves of summer when the A/C stops working. Dylan came to our house this week to perform routine maintenance on our furnaces, and he was very professional. He explained the work he did thoroughly. He remembered the layout of our home from previous visits and did his work very efficiently. At the end, he explained the various offers for future service contracts. We would highly recommend Meacham Heating & Cooling to anybody.

I engaged MEM for damage to a gas furnace electronic circuit panel from a lightening strike and was so impressed with their competence and service that I purchased a service contract with them. This morning, Rebecca, their Service Technician (i.e., also, a Master Electrician), diagnosed some other problems I have been trying to assess and ID for two years. Her solution addressed the problem and has given me a much cleaner, more efficient gas-fueled hot air HVAC system. She discussed and demonstrated everything she was doing. Based on my experience, I would not hesitate to recommend Mark E. Meacham for HVAC work.

I made two appointments with Brian to get a quote for my boiler and he missed both appointments without calling before or after. I have since contacted a different HVAC company to take care of my boiler. If you actually get them in to present a quote, you like the quote, and you agree to have them do the work then they may be ok. I just could not even get that far because I was always calling them to find out what was going on, and they no showed on me two times.
