Wow. Its reviews like this is why companies need online reputation management. I wonder how many disgruntled fired employees are posting this. After reading most of the reviews it looks like the biggest complaint is people calling too much. I worked at a call center for 4 years and if you have an outbound calling center of any kind, you are going to have problems with getting ALL of the removal requests to the dialer. Alot of dialer software also takes days to get number scrubbed as a default. Good luck to get all of your jaded call center reps to comply with removing your number when you Loose your mind screaming at someone. I can understand people being upset but in my experience people call in and say some of the worst things in the heat of the moment. Just remember that there is an human being on the other side of the phone. Lets say you call even 10,000 people, getting 6 bad reviews over 10 years means your doing good

I was RIPPED OFF out if $297.00. I was interviewed for a sales position in their "so-called" office in San Antonio, TX. I went through several processing steps for hire. All of that was a waste of my time and money. Once I paid the fee of $297.00, the contact and correspondence stopped. The person who recruited me is name BRIAN LUND. Folks, please beware of this scam! I am taking the following measures with American Express and San Antonio law enforcement to bring charges on these scammers.

IMS is a telemarket group that is hired by Federal Financial Group and they will not stop calling. My office staff knows when they are calling by the phone number that comes in. I have called Federal 3 times and talked to a guy by the name of Larry he keeps telling me that he will take me off the call list but we keep getting calls. Yes scumbag telemarketers is a nice way to put it. I have called my states attorney office that is you best bet to get these scumbags!

I love the program of the Federal Financial Group. They have a great lead program and products. The group of agents are well trained, have great knowledge and are good people. I have lost a lot of money in the stock market in the past and Federal Financial has a great program to help against the unpredictability of the stock market.
