Sun Insurance and Anne Cass have worked hard over the years of service to provide our company and ourselves premier insurance at a great price. Ms. Cass takes the time to listen to our needs, research the various insurance options and then takes the time to explain everything about our coverage. The service does not stop with the sale. Ms. Cass and Sun Insurance are there throughout the year to answer questions as they come up and help us file claims when we find we need help. Understanding insurance is not easy for most of us. Although I have certain coverage with USAA and Northwestern Mutual, I must concede the follow-up, helpfulness, and information I have received from Mrs. Duong-Lo, at Sun Insurance Services, Inc., is second-to-none. She has assisted me with taking care of my health and property insurance products. Mrs. Duong-Lo developed a program that takes care of my needs and explained the details that distinguish the various offerings.
