After being a customer at Allstate for more than 10 years and the latest increase of the premium on our Auto Insurance policy I have decided to explore other insurance providers to save some money. If I only found Anna’s office sooner I would have save much more over the years I have spent at Allstate yet I am glad I made the move. Anna made the whole transition process so smooth that I was amazed that was even possible. The same day I called the office I have been presented with the quote and it was in my inbox to review. After reviewing the quote I was shocked with the final premium quote. It turns out it was less than Allstate so I was very happy, without knowing that the price was for the whole 12 months not 6 months that I used to pay at Allstate. I called Anna right away to verify that it was actually true and not some mistake. She explained step by step each point of the quote and what is covered and how much is covered in case of an accident. I was blown away at the end it turns out I have received better coverage with higher payouts in case of accident and medical reimbursements that I was getting at Allstate and it was for the whole year not six months in case of the old provider. Anna mentioned she have raised some of the maximums on medical reimbursement and personal property limits because she said “ I want to make sure my client is covered as I would cover myself.” These were her words I knew then that I am “In the good hands” and that ironically is the Allstate pitch. Thank you, Anna, for providing outstanding service, the smoothest transition I have ever experienced and best personal approach I could have hoped for.
