I usually love this place and have never had any issues, until now. I have a military truck that previously held an SF-97 gov title that was changed to a regular truck Arizona title years ago. I wanted to do a simple title transfer and the clerk had no problem with it, another gentlemen in the back stopped her before the process was initiated because "the main DMV is only authorized to do military vehicles" Yes that is true, but only when it held the government SF-97 title, I clearly had an AZ title for it..... Anyways I went to another third title place down in Mesa and had absolutely zero issue doing it.

This place is ironically named. I had to transfer a title and because there was a small issue with it, it took me a month and a half of a hassle and run around. Went to the DMV near Baseline and I was in and out in 10 minutes, including the line. These people are rude. They make the stereotype of the DMV seem like a lovely day in the park compared to their service. Not worth your time or patience.

If only I knew about this sooner! I bought a truck from out of state. ASAP was able to register the new vehicle, transfer the plate from my sold vehicle with the remaining registration balance, print my new AZ title, and accept my sales tax payment. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Worth every penny!

The retarded lady spelled both my name and my fiancés name wrong...like seriously u had both our I.Ds in your hand typing at the computer....luckily the dmv actually knows how to type correctly and noticed the mistake.

Easy to get your registration and title done. Employees are helpful, and very knowledgeable about all things you would normally do at the MVD. Huge time savings over standing at the MVD for hours.
