I had a terrible experience over the phone and when I actually visited this location. The worst customer service and attitude that I have ever experienced. Did not help me with my title transfer or registration. Seemed to know little about her position. At the same time, the other two girls were on their phones giggling and discussing their stories from the weekend. Do not waste your time going here, there are many other quick and easy title/registration places that are actually quick and easy and much more pleasant. I will not being going back here.

I never thought I would ever write a review. In fact, I never thought I would ever need too. But, today my experience at Express Title and Registration was that of disrespect. The ladies there were very disregarding. The lady that ended up helped me didn’t even care too look at me as she spoke to me. I got all my paperwork tossed at, and as a result, my license ended up on the floor. That was my first time there, and it will definitely be my last.

Came to express titles to avoid the long lines at the Mvd. Upon entering I was immediately greeted by the staff. There was no wait, the transaction was quick & the service was friendly. When I was leaving I noticed they had a post office inside and i had a package in my car to mail so that made it even better. I recommend everyone to use express titles.

Yesenea was the girl i got there she was very rude and very disrespectful didnt smile or greet overall i dont recomend this place yes there is no line but she takes her sweet time to do things and is rude like come on you want to work right never going there again.

Very nice big office, not like other hole in the wall offices. And the staff is very friendly and helpful. They even have an insurance office and a post office inside Maria wells
