Dear Sheila and Ron: Hey there…I was in the other day and heard that you are retiring! Too bad for us! I have always enjoyed dealing with both of you whenever we come to get our stuff at the store. Even though I only see you intermittently, your great customer service has been #1. (I told the new manager just that.) I will miss being greeted by my first name as I come into the store. Coming from Canada, and being closed Sunday, presented a (selfish) problem for me sometimes, BUT I really admire your keeping the store closed on the Lord’s day. "UPS Store" is a seperate franchise from UPS. There are rates and fees they do NOT explain to consumers, they charged me 29.32 for a package they shipped international through USPS for 15.75, they explained the additional 13.57 was a "convience fee" after my package was lost. Their manager says they are authorized by their company (UPS Store) to "add on" (basically steal) up to 40% of the total postage charge when shipping via FedEx or USPS within their store, which then they will throw the affirmed shipper under the bus claiming, "they are terrible anyways, you should have gone with UPS". Just save yourself the trouble and go with USPS even their rates are better.

Went in there to deposit a check to my USAA account, took a few times to run the check through the machine but the staff was kind and friendly and attended to my needs perfectly. I will be using this store again and again for all my deposits and future Christmas package sending! Thanks! The location is right out the main gate for Fort Drum. Very convenient !

Horrible Service-lazy drivers. I had to wait a week before receiving my package and my poor husband had to actually travel from out of town to go pick it up himself-NEVER actually having the package delivered after calling them 4 times!!! It was rediculous!

If you have to deal with jenny, she is the rudest one there. She has no interest in helping you, she will huff, puff and sigh if you ask any question what so ever. Terrible service over the phone and in person.

They have been receiving parcels for me for a few years now. They know my name when I walk in I get emails when my parcels arrive. The people are friendly and easy to deal with. I love the service.

DO NOT USE if possible. They are rude, overcharge for boxes and tape and are unprofessional. I will avoid this store altogether and I like UPS, but the owners try to nickle and dime you.
