Worst experience I have ever had with a title company. Unprofessional, unorganized and arrogant. Charged for services that were not completed. Always deferring blame when something is wrong. Lost documents then blame customer for never submitting. I would highly recommend to any one needing a title company to look at any other business. I can except unorganized and arrogant but the fact that they charge customers for services that they have no intention to do is stealing. If I could have rated no stars I would but google insist that I must at least give a 1 star rating.
