What a lazy unorganized group of people. Closing date was pushed back 3 times paperwork took forever to do then on the day my contract was to end thêu decided to light a fire under what they sit around all day on and get something done. Signed the paper work Fri, confirmed with the 4th st office a copy of all the docs signed and the confirmation was to be sent to email. Its Sun and they have sent no copies of anything, no money in our account, no house and no docs showing we sold our house. But you can bet they collected all of their fees clocked out at 5 without finishing their job to earn that fee. The bad comments above are completely true and accurate. Worked with cold well banker and they "recommended" we use because they treat all clients like VIP ha they probably got a kick back too. DONT NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
