NTC is a great place to be employed. I have worked at NTC for over a decade and have witnessed the immense strides ownership has made over the years to make this company the best in the area today. We take the time to celebrate the successes of each area of the company when goals are achieved; doing this creates a positive atmosphere throughout the company. The work culture is fun and production games are played with the employees. Games result in prizes if they are won for the entire company. There’s always something going on for the staff here. There are free lunches, company swag giveaways, movie nights, company picnics, free gym membership, and other events to keep our team engaged. NTC also has a strong sense of community, I feel like we’re doing a charity event every month out of the year for local areas around our facility. The managers in the company are responsible for creating advancement paths for employees who excel on their positions. This gives all employees the opportunity for promotion. NTC is in a constant state of improvement, good ideas and creativity are encouraged from all employees. We place our attention on creating efficiencies to improve processes and increase productivity. Our training here is phenomenal and built for new team members to truly succeed. New team members are worked with very closely and NTC makes sure they’re truly ready before sending them out to work with their production teams. There are yearly training seminars and new training seminars are introduced regularly. NTC’s attention to quality and training gives them the ability to deliver superior products to their client base.

There are many jobs out there for employment opportunities, yet the opportunity of NTC is a career. No company is perfect, but it is those that strive to be, create greatness, and I can truly say that NTC constantly takes steps in the forward direction. I have worked for this company for about ten years and it gets better every year. The executives empower their employees to do better and achieve greatness while rewarding them for doing so. And, when things get tough the executive team will pull together to provide. An example of this is remote parking and shuttle bus transportation when we outgrew our parking lot. NTC also does a lot of great things for their employees for the simple fact that they are able to. An example of this is providing an NTC Café for drinks and food, a ping pong table for recreation during break, a full hour and a half flex schedule time, monthly rewards for hitting targets and a lot more. There is a lot more that I could name off that NTC has done over the years, the direction and things that will be occurring in the future, but I believe that one of the greatest opportunities about NTC is that they truly care about their employees, they will work with you on your job, performance, and training, and that they promote from within as a priority to searching elsewhere. Over the years, NTC has helped me with professional and personal growth to help me obtain not only a great career, but also a family that I call NTC.

NTC is a great place to work. In the past four years I have had the chance to work my way up from a temp employee to a manager. The company paid training is a great asset to those that wish to learn more about the mortgage industry and excel in their area of expertise. The chief and executive teams all give great support to everyone; the work environment makes you feel like a valued employee.
