Nesh Go-getter

Very poor communication and basically no phone or office etiquette. I called the receptionist and enquired about getting registration for a car from out of state. Even before I was done she was laughing on the other end of the phone. After excusing herself she gave me the cost which turned out to be way below what I was charged. On further enquiry they all acted like I spoke to a ghost on the phone. Very snobbish staff too.

Purchased a car from out of state. Called ahead of time to find out exactly what I needed to register the car and leave with plates and bring the car home. Drove 2hrs only to be told that I did not have the required information. Wasted my time.
