My car was rear ended by an insured Access Driver on 9/3 while at at traffic light. After waiting for the police report, I filed a claim with the company on 9/6, received name of adjuster and extension and sent over the police report via email. Nothing for a week, 9/13 called back to claim 1-800 number after numerous calls to the adjuster. I was told I had a new adjuster (no one told me). Left message for him, he called back next day 9/14, started the process and appraiser came out 9/17. Check was mailed 9/19. Rental car is another issue, I am renting car myself will send in bill after car completed and have them reimburse me for the days I was without a car. After reading the reviews I was ready to call the insurance commission but I think they are trying to get some what better. I never heard of this company, I think they take those who have an issue with larger companies.

I chose this insurance specifically regarding well child checks. I was told that all medical visits including well child checks are a $50 copay. I signed up my wife and two kids and paid the fees required to begin using this company. When I received my cards I was unable to find a provider in my area. I called the customer service line and was informed that well child checks are not covered under this plan. It was explained that my state was an exception to the rule which was not disclosed upon signing up. The company refused to pull up the records of my phone conversation and stated I had no proof of being told this information. They have refused to refund my payments.

Someone should shut them down already... It has has been 4 months since their insured rear ended my vehicle and as of today, I have not received the settlement check promised to be sent out three weeks ago. The adjuster handling the.claim is very rude, totally unprofessional and when asked to put a supervisor on the phone, I was told that she has no supervisor. At this point I strongly believe that they have a liquidity issue and they come up with excuses in order to buy time.I will contact the Insurance Commissioner in Georgia ato file a complaintand request and request an investigation of their financial liquidity.

OMG! I recently got into a car wreck today and it was the other driver FAULT! He lost control of his wheel because his FLIP FLOP shoe came off while he was driving and his car start rolling backwards. He hit me str8 in the front. He has Access Ins, which I never heard of before until today. By reading all the bad reviews online, I am worried my car will not get fixed because the front of my car is a MESS, and I had two kids in the car with me, and they were a little shook up. I need help on what to do...should I just go get me a lawyer or try his Ins company?

This company has provided me with the worst service. Their claims department is a joke, they will not return your calls regardless of who you speak with. I left messages everyday to our assigned total lost adjuster Oliver and his manager Christen flowers and I have not receive a call from them. It has been more than a month and all I have hear was that they only have two representatives in the lost prevention department taking care of nine states the are understaffed so it is impossible for anyone to receive service.

Absolute worst insurance company on the market. It took them 4 months to finish my accident claim. Not only affecting my credit with my lien holder but also affecting my well being by not being able to get a new car to go to and from work for that long. My accident claim representative who was working on my claim took 4 weeks to return phone calls... I would call during business hours and it would ALWAYS ring to voicemail. This is a company that does NOT care about the well being of its customers.

I work for an insurance company where we have a significant amount of claims with their policy holders. We never get anyone on the line, we are not able to file claims or obtain any information on a claim. With all the top rated insurance companies in the world, I have to wonder why they are still in business. I have been in the insurance field for over ten years. All of those ten years have been constant complaints about this business and nothing has ever changed.

I am thoroughly disgusted with Access Insurance Company. They are impossible to get in touch with. Both my daughter and I have tried calling numerous times and have been put on hold for over 25 minutes before we finally hung up. My daughter was in a car accident with someone insured by Access and nobody ever contacted us. Our attempts to contact them have been fruitless and we are angry and discouraged. I would never recommend this company!

so far very im very upset and frustrated with just trying to file an accident claim. ive called for a week and im on hold for hours everyday...... its been a week my car is unable to drive. i have kids to get to school and pt work. plus im injured. feeling helpless and ripped off. something needs to be done about this problem asap, calling lawyer, etc. just want car fixed!!!!!!!!! isnt that what we pay for every month.very disgusted customer.

This is the worst insurance company!!! I have been trying to reach them for over 90 days. I have never spoken to a live person, never had a return call for the many messages I have left them, and never even had acknowledgement that they received my faxes!!! Horrible!!!! LOOK at all of the people posting what a horrible company this is!!! People you MUST file complaints with the Department of Insurance!!

Were 0 stars a rating I were permitted to leave, that would be exactly what I would do. They have absolutely no customer loyalty, and their customer "service" is the saddest excuse for such that I have ever encountered. I would recommend this company to my worst enemy, much less to anyone I cared about. In other words, avoid them like the cankerous lesion on the face of the planet they really are.

This is by far the worst car insurance company ever. They charge you 5$ 0ver the top of your bill as a "1 time convenience fee", which translates to every time when you pay your bill. So they basically force you to give them a free 60$ per year... Also their claims department and customer service are entirely useless. I was forced to give them 1 star... they actually equal negative 18 stars -

The worst! You can NEVER talk to a real person. It has been 10 days since an ACCESS insured driver carelessly changed lanes without looking and hit my car. Their electronic telephone message says that an advisor will contact you within 24 hours. I have left two messages for Krishauna Brown to call me back and have heard nothing. They suck.

Horrific customer service. Over half an hour wait time over the phone. It took one month to fix my car. Haggling with these guys and getting them to return calls and care about anything was a real drag. I wonder how these folks stay in business. Super frustrating. :( At least when reading through these reviews, I am not alone.

They handled my claim as soon as possible. They must be under new mgt. I filled a claim on 08/01/2016 spoke to my adjuster on 08/03/3016 and he advised me they have accepted liability and set up a vehicle inspection. My claim check was issued 08/05/2016!!!
