So far, not a great first experience with DMS. Ordered parts for my 94 Ninja on a Tuesday, was told they would be in on Friday. Called late Friday afternoon because I had not heard from them, and was told that they were busy all day and that my parts might be there, but they have not had a chance to go through everything. Stopped in on Saturday afternoon because I was in the area and was told my parts "might be in on Tuesday or Wednesday" If you tell me my parts will be in on a particular day, I expect them to be there. If you are not sure when they will be in, please just give a time frame instead of an exact day. Prices are not unreasonable, but found parts online from a OEM dealer, and even with shipping, cheaper online. I truly hope all future dealings are better than my first. Will gladly change my review and rating if and when my experience with DMS improves. 6/16/16..... still waiting. Got a call on Tuesday 6/14 letting me know that my clutch cable and collar were on back order, after waiting a week from the order date (6/7/14). Was told they could have the cable by the end of the week, but the collar had to be ordered from Kawasaki and it would be another 2 weeks before it came in. Why did it take so long to tell me that parts were back ordered? They should have known the same day or the next day. Why was I not told about this when I called on Friday and stopped in on Saturday? Not even sure that I want to get my parts from here anymore. Seriously considering just ordering parts online. I want to shop local and support local business, but it is starting to look as if I am wasting my time trying. This was my first time ordering parts and dealing with this establishment, and it seems as if it will also be my last. Customer service is non existent unless you make some form of large purchase. First off, this dealership is very dishonest, it shows in one of the reviews here which was done by one of their employees (Charlie Szvitich), I know Google does not allow it, I will write to them after I’m done with this review….. I purchased my bike used, first they explained to me that if my credit score was over 740, which it was, that I would get a low interest rate of 5.5%, but when I purchased it the rate was 10.99%, the interest was almost double. The bike was supposed to be detailed, but I received it not cleaned and with broken a broken mirror, later I found out that not even the oil change was done from when they purchased it from the previews owner, I’m paying a different dealer to make sure the bike is safe to ride. They said that it was fully inspected, but obviously it was not, because later I found out that they don’t have any certified mechanics, the so call mechanics never step foot in a school before, they won’t even replace my broken mirror. I had a bad experience and I don’t recommend this dealership at all, they are arrogant, unprofessional, and do not care about their customers at all. I asked them to shred all my personal information as I don’t trust them at all and they have not, I’m working on having a site survey by a professional and a credit company to make sure they don’t use anyone’s personal information, I just don’t trust them at all…. This is my first post, but I will continue to post on other sites to make sure everyone knows about my bad experience.

Magnificent Purchase Experience... My daughter Ashley and I had a Magnificent Purchase Experience when bought two motorcycles; a 2015 Kawasaki Ninja 650 for Ashley (24 Oct 2015) and a 2016 Yamaha FZ 09 for myself (25 Oct 2015) from Charlie Szvitich. Ashley and I met Charlie approximately seven (7) months ago when we were interested in a father/daughter activity; riding motorcycles. Charlie gave us a Grand Tour of Diamond Motor Sports, treating us as if we were his "Only Customers;" even knowing we were not purchasing bike(s) that day. Charlie emphasized safety and suggested that Ashley and I take the Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) Beginner Riding Course; in which we did (Great Course). A few months after taking the MSF Course, we met Charlie off and on for over a month looking at different motorcycles; eventually selected the two motorcycles. What I admire about Charlie is his energetic personality, his in-depth knowledge about all the bikes/inventory, and most importantly his non-used car salesman approach. Charlie answered all our questions; provided us the necessary information for us to make a well informed decision. Charlie, along w/a Team of Diamond Motor Sport Experts, ensured the safe lowering modification of Ashley’s 2015 Kawasaki Ninja 650 (she’s short). Ashley and I have had several opportunities to ride together….; Awesome. Enough said ! Thank You Charlie Szvitich and Team Diamond Motor Sports - "The Best Motorcycle Dealership in Delaware." Dave

I was recently on a ride to Ocean City with a group of 5 bikes and one car. I experienced a flat tire on the way. While waiting for a tow truck, I called Diamond Motorsports ahead of time and spoke with Evan to see if they had a tire in stock of my size to repair my 2006 Victory V92TC. Fortunately Evan had an exact replacement for my Shenko. While waiting for the dispatch vehicle, I was in communication with Evan a few times and he assured me that all would be OK and as soon as the bike is dropped off, he has a mechanic waiting to get me and my fellow riders going back down the road. Upon getting their, we were greeted and offered water and a comfortable place to relax. Evan had someone working on the bike very quickly! Actually, waiting in a new bike store with your buddies gawking at bikes is pretty fun. It seemed like it only took about 45 minutes to get everything repaired and the bill was comparable, but the friendly, inviting service was great! Thanks to all that helped me get going!!!!! I might add that this place was spotless.

They installed a fuel filter on my bike during a carb rebuild which caused the bike to bog after 5 minutes of cruising. I had to bring my bike back 3 other times which still did not resolve the issue. I have read that they have untrained technicians and I believe it. I took the bike apart myself and found a high spot in the fuel line after the filter, you could see the filter not even filled with gas. Removed the filter and the bike is great. Very disappointed. They tried smoothing it over with a gift card but that doesnt even cover what was paid for them to put the fuel filter on in the first place. LOTS of BS from these people... "The choke was on when we got it" Crap excuse. Weeks of riding lost to these people. Wish there was somewhere else to take my kawi.

Diamond Motorsports was the best experience My wife and I have ever encountered. The sales team was extremely knowledgeable in helping my wife and I figure out what bike is best for her! The salesman (DAVE) Did not take us straight to a 2013/14 motorcycle... he took us to a used beautiful piece of machinery. The price of the motorcycle was better than anything around (trust me we checked) and not only was the price great the Sales Manager (Alvin) added a little bonus to the Deal! Diamond motorsports made our purchasing experience very enjoyable. This dealership is AMAZING.. they have a great staff and I look forward to future business!

Needed my chain and sprockets replaced, and asked for an inspection since I had a coupon for one. I received a call and was told I needed a new front tire. I was shocked since when I bought the bike used last year, I was told by my salesman that a new front tire was put on. So after explaining this to the service tech on the phone, she spoke with the manager and had the tire replaced free of charge. Diamond has always stood behind their word and I have never had a single issue in the 4 years that we have been dealing with them. We will continue to come back for the great customer service they provide.

Brought a Honda Shadow 750 from Diamond Motor Sports. Let me tell you I was amazed by their effort to insure that you have the best and pleasurable buying experience. I dealt with Charles I would recommend Charles to anyone as he was very professional and helpful with me making my first motorcycle purchase. I would suggest DMS and more specifically Charles to anyone in the area looking for a motorcycle or even maintenance and the amazing gear that they have in stock. As soon as I walked in was very clean place and I was introduced to my salesman had a great vibe along with the rest of the staff it was and amazing place to go. People kept complimenting on things I was wearing I felt like was at home or something. I never felt awkward, I felt like I belonged there. Also my salesman helpful to give me information about the bike and how to maintain it and also guided us to how to strap the bike down in the truck. Was very grateful to go there and get a great deal on my fz6. P.s. the head manager salesman lady was really nice and kind hearted.

Diamond Motorsports was the best experience I have had purchasing a motorcycle and equipment. The sales manager straight to the point and informative about the bike I was looking to purchase and other similar models. The sales specialist that sold me the motorcycle was extremely helpful and personable. Diamond motorsports made my purchase very simple considering my complications of being military and an out of state purchase. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone for sales or service due to the very knowledgeable staff throughout the establishment.

DMS had a nice selection of new 650-1000 cc street bikes and cheerfully offered me test rides on several. I settled on a 2015 Kawasaki Versys LT. Sales crew handled trade-in and price negotiations professionally and with a minimum of drama. I particularly appreciated that my refusal of all the extended warranty options was immediately accepted without wasting either their time or mine on futile hard-sell efforts. Good outfit, I would buy from them again.

I stopped in for a chain adjustment and the gentleman who greeted me took a look and quickly noticed that I had deteriorating O-Rings on my chain. He was incredibly friendly and was able to work the service into my timeline. During my wait, I wandered through the parts department and showroom floor. All of the employees were pleasant, and talked to me with a genuine love of riding. It was a no-pressure floor with awesome, well-educated staff.

As a first time rider of Can Am Spyders I had very little knowledge as compared to two wheelers. The minute I stepped into the showroom, Bill greeted my family and I with professionalism. He explained in detail the various models acessories and took me step by step through the process. He made us feel like family. I called on a Friday and asked if they would be able to get me in same day to do a tune-up with an oil change so that I could get my bike out for the beautiful weekend ahead. They told me "Absolutely!". They were the only shop I called that could and they charged the best price out of all them. I will be taking my bike here from now on any time it needs serviced.
