I seriously would not recommend this law firm to my worst enemy. They took my money and then did not want anything to do with me. Julie, a paralegal with Busby will treat you like she could care less. I am still waiting for her to respond to emails sent months ago! All you are is a number to these people. I strongly urge you to stay away. I am a single parent and literally gave them all I had to try to get custody established and a child support order. They filed the original order for a child I had never even heard of, it was not my child! My name, the name of my ex and some mystery child! They constantly spelled our names wrong. They filed for a divorce when I was never married! I could go on. There is no attention to detail. Very sloppy work. If you are a single parent who is trying to get your life in order, I suggest you find an attorney who will treat your situation professionally and make you feel like you are at least getting your moneys worth.

I hired Mr. Busby in July of 2015 for my divorce. He was my third lawyer for this divorce case and I already went through mediation with another counselor; my ex-wife’s attorney were playing games. Only when I hired Mike, I begin to fill comfortable in such uneasy times for me, he listened to my concerns and gave the best advice. Unfortunately another party drag this case which was mostly around property rights to the court. Well, with Mr. Busby on my side, Judge ruled SUBSTANTIALLY HIGHER SETTLEMENT, than was in my offer before case went to the court. I also would like to note his reasonably negotiable attorney fees. I am definitely glad to have use Mr. Busby and I will absolutely recommend him, my only regret that I did not hire him as my first attorney.

I hired Bianca Flores with Busby & Associates for my divorce. I met Mr. Busby but he was too much too aggressive, I wanted diplomacy not a fight. Bianca was able to get me everything I wanted. Mike and his team did a good job on my bankruptcy case and thanks to them, I was able to become debt-free in a matter of weeks.
