Went to pick up 5 bags of pellets at the north store. Waited in line for over 1/2 hour for a loader to help us. Then to top that off he let someone beheind us to also get pellets when there was a truck in the bay in front of us.so also had to wait for the person beheind us to get loaded and back out. Wow .took forever...

I was pretty much ignored the entire time I was in the store. Also, from what I saw, their prices are ridiculous. I was pricing pellet stoves and they are >$600 more expensive than Tractor Supply. And that includes delivery of the stove to my house! Price everything elsewhere before you buy!
