When we were seeking a company to handle our closing in Fort Myers, FL, we found Sun National Title Company online. Their website is very helpful and informative and we were assured just by reading the posted information that the closing would be reasonable in cost and easy to do. We contacted Simone Clacher and had an excellent experience with her. She communicated very well and kept us posted each step of the way. The seller was unable to attend the closing but Sun Title went to her home and handled the paperwork. We were completely satisfied with the excellent service we received and do not heistate a moment in recommending Sun National Title Company and Simone Clacher in particular.

The most recent transaction was a mail away and they utilized a mobile closer, which was excellent for the customer. The follow up and follow through was amazing and we never had to "pull" information out of the processor or closer.
