I have been using A-Action for years now. I started using them at my residence for an annually reoccurring wasp and yellow jacket problem around our swimming pool. They come each spring and treat the area and the problem is gone. If for any reason the wasps and yellow jackets come back, A- Action comes back - THEY STAND BY THEIR WORK. I also own few investment properties. Whenever a tenant calls with a rodent, varmint, or bug problem I call A-Action and they take care of it quickly. Ken, the technician, arrived right on time and started into work. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to me. He is personable and polite. He offered good suggestions and answered all our questions. It made my day to know that I have a company in good standing that I can call and who not only showed up but were on time. I lived with Boxelder bug problem forever. Fred at A Action came in last fall and sprayed my house from outside and assured me that I will not see the bugs anywhere inside and outside of my house. For the first time this fall and Winter I had no bugs in my house. We were free of Boxelders at last!! Many thanks to Fred at A- Action Pest control. He came in yesterday and sprayed the house for wasp and bees protection. With A- Action in action I am worry free. Fred does a great job and offers very cost-effective service. Thanks

I was completely satisfied with their work. We heard noises in our attic. A-Action Pest Control quickly determined we had bats, flying squirrels and mice in our attic. They put a plan together and got rid of all of the critters. They charged a fair price and did excellent work. They showed up on time, when promised. They always wore shoe covers when coming into my house and cleaned up after themselves. They are very friendly and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them to whoever that asked.

Had a huge yellow jacket nest on our front porch inside one of our columns. No way a can of wasp killer would have gotten them all. Was referred to A-Action by brother in law. Joe came out, suited up and made quick work of them. 2 days later, no sign of any living ones, only dead. Joe was awesome and fun to talk to. He shared his wisdom and some stories about his adventures in the pest control business. He really knew his stuff and it was refreshing to see how much he enjoyed his job!

Last year Cheri from A-Action was able to identify the source for my black ant problem and completely eliminate them. Previously, I have tried to fight them with ant sprays and traps as well as having another pest control company spray in and around my house. Cheri really took the time necessary to treat the symptom vs just the problem. She also nicely followed up with me a few weeks later to confirm the ants were no longer an issue. One year later and I am still completely ant free.

First I want to thank you for coming out so quickly to treat my home. We were being overrun by ground beetles, a seasonal issue here in our area. We used A-Action to rid our newly purchased home of insects. Living on a 1 acre parcel backing up to a forest, we had thousands of insects of all varieties. We noticed a substantial difference after the first treatment and the insect problem was completely eradicated after a couple of months. We heard some rustling in the attic one evening. We called Adam at A-Action. He was there the very next day. He found a broken vent and set a couple of traps. The next morning the raccoon was in the trap and he fixed the vent where it was getting in. Problem solved in less than 48 hours. Fast, Friendly - very impressive! No more "free-loaders" in my attic...Yes!

Gwen - June, 2011 Adam from A-Action came out and sprayed for small ants that were coming out of my front cement steps. It only took one treatment and i no longer had the ant problem. Adam was very knowledgeable and efficient.
