I was shocked at how rude the staff here was on more than one occasion. The woman working at the service window made rude gestures, rolled her eyes, sighed dramatically, and made nasty commentary when asked basic questions about a semi-complex title transaction. Rather than provide answers that would have allowed me to return with the correct document and finish my transaction that day, she chose to respond as nastily as possible. It is not worth doing business here; go to the Ballard Agency instead!

Wow! I have never had a better DMV/licencing experience ever. Line was short, lady helping was super nice and took the time to explain everything. I transferred 2 vehicles from out of state, nice and easy. Oh! And on a Saturday! Is this real life? :)
