TOO SWEET

I always feel safe at GNCU, knowing my money is protected inside the branch/ when I leave. I trust GNCU with all my financial needs, from loans , credit card approval, and educational needs. Low charges on overdrawn accounts, I have not paid a mainteneance fee. I truly have been blessed with GNCU and your family can to, just open an account.and they will work with you.

Amen! Long lines, tellers talking when there is a long line, too few tellers working. Not once have I been in there and have not had to wait. Also, loan officers desks are right by the lines, can hear all personal information. I would NEVER get a loan there and let all my personal information be heard by all.

They seem to never be staffed properly. Two tellers at busy times and one walking back and forth is not very effective. When properly staffed, they are friendly and helpful. So if you have time to wait they are a great credit union.
