I have to say that i am very disappointed! I went inside to do some withdraws and deposits and my 3 year old daughter had to go to the restroom and I asked where the restroom was I was told they have to public restrooms. They should atleast have restrooms for their customers !! I had to leave to go across the street to take my to the restroom that is horrible !!! Especially after you seen that it was my daughter that needed to go

Martin is excellent at establishing rapport. He does a thorough job of explaining bank policy in terms that are easy for the client to understand. Kelly Patterson, in addition to having Branch Management responsibilities, assists the platform when needed and does an excellent job in the process.

Your standard Chase bank. Plenty of parking in the lot and easy access off Congress (there is a traffic light). There is an ATM machine just inside the first set of doors.

Impossible to get ahold of by phone. Currently phone number on chase and Google seems to go to a person residence. Waste of time.
