I just want to start off by saying, I was very impressed from the very first phone conversation. I was already signed up with another attorney, and put down retainer money. They never answered the phones, and it took about 4 to 5 times of me leaving them messages to get a return call. If I missed there return call, I had to go through another 4 to 5 calls to get a return call. I was getting a little over 500.00 garnished out of my paycheck every two weeks. I tried contacting them to tell them I wanted to proceed to get my garnishment stopped. They were so slow in responding I lost another garnishment on my check costing me approx. half of the fee I was paying them for the bankruptcy. Then trying to constantly try to get a hold of them again was on the breach of loosing another 500.00 because of them not doing there job and returning my phone calls, even telling them I had the rest of the money in full to pay for the bankruptcy. The Tuesday after memorial day 2015 I spent all morning trying to get a hold of them with no response. In three more days I was going to loose another 500.00 in my payroll due to garnishment. That was going to be over 1,000.00 I was going to loose after retaining them to file for me. That would have almost paid for the bankruptcy itself. so around 11:00 that day after still no response from my attorney, I decided to make some calls and find another attorney. The first two calls were answering machines, then I called the Colorado Law Group. WOW ! the phone was answered and I explained my situation to them, also stating to them that I was getting another 500.00 garnished from my check in three days. I told them I had all the paper work needed for bankruptcy ready, I had not given it to my past attorney yet for he would not return my calls. They set me up for a appointment on Wednesday and said we will do all we can do to get you filed by Friday. To say the least someone always answered my calls when I had further questions, or I was returning calls to them asking me for more information. They got me filed late Friday saving me another garnishment on that day. So quick recap, I retained them on Wednesday and they filed my return by ending of work day that Friday saving me 500.00 plus. I did have all my paperwork ready since I had it ready for the other lawyer, but they did what they had to do to get me filed by Friday. They did everything they said they were going to do. I AM VERY HAPPY, AND APPRECIATE THE EFFORT THEY PUT INTO MY CASE. A COMPANY THAT GOES UP AND BEYOND THE NORMAL TO HELP A CLIENT, IS A COMPANY I WOULD ALWAYS BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO TO TELL MY STORY ABOUT AND REFER TO ALL THAT HAS TO GO THROUGH THE PAIN OF A BANKRUPTCY. THEY TREAT YOU WITH RESPECT, AND DO WHAT THEY SAY. I AM A VERY, VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER ! ONE MORE THING, THEIR FEE WAS VERY REASONABLE.
