Horrible appraisal quote they tried to offer me. I did the research of just how they were to evaluate my total loss car and they did not give me the actual replacement cost value of my car. They must have used option or wholesale estimates of my car. I actually had to file a complaint with the Alabama Department of Insurance in Montgomery about how they calculated the value of my car and other factors. I would not even give them one star. I pay on time every month to this insurance company and have been without a vehicle for a 3 weeks. The appraiser made a mistake, I understand mistakes but this is poor customer service all the way around. I am without a vehicle and they still have not turned the correct estimate in. So the body shop is waiting around for the correct appraisal and I am without a vehicle. Very unhapppy customer.

This company needs to be shut down. They need more people working for their facility. I have been driving around in a wrecked car for weeks, the "customer service representative" sends me to the same extension number one been calling for 9 days, no one has answered no one has returned my phone calls, they tried the "supervisor" and again no one answered and no has returned my phone calls. This company is worthless.

This company is by far the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. Despite the driver of their insured vehicle being found at fault for the accident and even being ticketed at the scene for his actions, Safeway is denying my claim and referring me to my own carrier for coverage! I cannot believe this scam company is still allowed to collect premiums.

Horrible company. Rude. No return phone calls (including leaving voicemails) finally got a phone call back literally days later after repeatedly leaving voicemails. Long story short I had the same problems as the other reviewers. If this is a trend which it seems, how is the company still in business? Sad..

refuses to fix vehicle back to original state prior to accident. never can reach a person have to leave voice mail then they will call back 24 hours later. very rude people. More interested in telling you what they will do than what they are responsible for. stay away from this company run far away.
