I have been a member for 20 years and after having my atm card taken 3 times now for making online purchases I will never bank with them again. They said it was for my own protection but how is getting stranded in long beach helping me. The online order was from bestbuy. They need to let people take care of their own accounts and stop putting people in hardship.

I used to love KSFCU. Then they changed over systems & closed their branch in Taft. I have nothing but problems since the system change & they cant ever resolve anything over the phone... Requiring me to drive 45 minutes to the nearest branch everytime they mess something up. I really want to close my account.
