My wife and I have each had GTL Medigap policies for many years, at least 10, and have not had a single problem. The payments to our providers for 5 serious surgeries and many office visits have always been accurate with no complaints. Over the years there have been increases in premiums but infrequently and in line with Medicare. We very highly recommend GTL and wish it were still available for our friends here in Vermont.

I called about a question on my bill and my call was picked up by a delightful human being without having to go through a long series of robot questions. She then put me through to the appropriate customer rep, Alana who was very pleasant and helpful and my questions were all answered in a speedy efficient manner.

I have had my sons policy through them for over 17 years. It is now terminated because of an oversight. I have been trying to reach by phone by email and have not yet received an email back or a phone call back. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very dissatisfied!!!
