He has explained details of my policy, and ensuring that it meets my needs. He has crafted a plan that I can afford. He has always being there in my time of trouble. Fred jumped into action when I had a car accident. We called him and he took care of everything. Fred has been a great asset to the Eagle Insurance Family. I would definitely and have recommended him to friend and Family. Fred offer up friendly, efficient and personalized service and that’s rare in these changing times of what customer service is now. Fred Ricks has been my car insurance agent for over a decade and l can honestly say he is the best guy to call for your insurance needs. What an approachable and proffesional agent he is. He is always looking for good rates and makes life easier when it comes to car insurance. In the past, l have gotten a call before my insurance is set to expire to make sure it will not lapse. I really appreciate great customer service. They have also docusign which is a way to handle your insurance via email which is savvy, so its very simple to pay and get your insurance renewed in minutes. Literally. I will never switch my insurance company (Eagle) as long as there is Fred!!!

This is my first ever 5 star review. I only have positive things to say about Eagle Insurance. All the brokers are extremely friendly and helpful. I have had a wonderful experience with them. They always make sure to give the lowest possible rate for auto insurance. They answer all my questions instantly, and they are always quick to respond to assure me if I ever have a concern about my insurance. I highly recommend Eagle Insurance.

I have been a customer for about 5 years now. Eagle is a great Insurance company to work with. The customer service is exactly what I hoped for, the agents are kind and responsible. The receptionist is welcoming with big smile on her face, which is great to walk into. I needed insurance so I just decided to stop-by. I walked in and Esther helped me right away. She was very helpful and friendly. She answered all my questions. I explained my situation to her and she told me exactly what I needed to do. She is an excellent broker. She goes out of her way to make sure you know everything and understand what to do. This is the most affordable and cheapest insurance I could find.

Eagle Insurance Agency is a great company. They have great agents, with great customer service. A friend recommended Eagle to me, and I am glad I checked them out! They have very affordable car insurance, a lot cheaper than other insurance companies I have been a part of in the past. Great insurance company. I found out i needed sr 22 insurance and got my policy switched over right away no problems. If your interested in signing up with eagle ask for fred from the sales team. Really easy to talk to and unlike most phone sales people it seems as though he actually cares and puts his customers first. Brad was a helpful agent when I had crunch time between work and worked with me quoting in emails. Good Liability company for a fair price. Hopefully the cars made in the 90s will get lower liability rates in the future.
