Florida Blue Customer service seems to be non-existent, I paid for a dental policy for 6 months and never received any cards or benefits packet from them. I called them to ask why they informed my that I did not have a dental policy with them. After 1 month of calling them 8 times to get the information corrected I still have yet to receive the cards or packet. I have spoken to "Superiors" on there phone line and phone them the least helpful. Florida needs more health coverage options form different companies!

Florida Blue customer service does not exist. Repeated calls since February have not resolved anything. No one I speak to has any idea how to resolve the issue. It is pretty simple math. I have a claim that was approved and after the "accumulators have been applied", they say I owe a thousand dollars more than my maximum out of pocket. The last person I spoke to said I had to send in paperwork to appeal the claim and that it would take at least 60 days to resolve.

If you have issues with claims or need guidance with existing plans, the Florida Blue store is a convenient way to sit face to face with a customer service representative. The service reps are knowledgeable and will resolve any and all issues. Once you become a member pay them a visit and take advantage of all they have to offer.

I can not thank Laurie enough for her help today! When the corporate BCBS were absolutely no help, I called the Estero office as a last resort. Laurie was efficient, knowledgeable, and so easy to work with! I highly recommend checking with the Estero office when having questions or in need.

Very rude staffing. Refuses to accept my payment to start healthcare. Refuses to give me it in writing why they cannot accept the payment. Employee tried to charge an amount to my card that was not authorized. Hiring legal representation.

Have had to go in for billing issues (that are no fault of anyone at the center here in Estero) and each time my problem was resolved immediately. Also received candid and helpful information on the best plans for me and/or my child.

Worse possible experience. The Estero office will not ever have an agent to talk to over the phone, I left messages and they do not return the calls. Try any other company but Blue Cross.
