My job is to keep my patients healthy and pain free. ASH gets in the way of me doing my job every step of the way. My goal is to help as many people as possible, so I have been accepting ASH plans, but the reimbursement does not cover our overhead and sometimes payment is never received no matter how many calls and submissions we make. More and more practitioners are walking away from ASH for these reasons. If you can, as a patient and practitioner, I would recommend avoiding this company!

This is the worst company ever! I can not express in words how horrible this place is. They are destroying the already difficult healthcare system. If you buy health insurance and this company is associated with it in any way then you are making a HUGE mistake in buying that insurance. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE have nothing to do with this company. You will regret it in the long run I GUARANTEE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They are the worst, I have been a provider with them despite of the low reimbursement rate and limitation on coverage, I have been trying to provide affordable care to people because as a healer that is what you are supposed to do. But this company goes and contracts with insurances and then miss manage care, pays the lowest rate possible.

Worst, and I mean worst insurance ever. They cheat patients and providers out of payments. I have spent 20 hours or more on the phone asking them each time to process something they should. Anthem blue Cross should stop using their service because it is a horrible reflection on them.
