I contacted this firm in the believe based on the reviews on google that they were professional and I would have the opportunity to speak with a attorney to review my potential SSDI claim. I had spoken to a receptionist, who I had given a brief outline of my issue and was told I would be contacted by a attorney to review my case . I had spoken to a dozen out of state firms who all wanted to take the case, but I thought it may be better to work with a local firm, who seemed to have good reviews. I reached out to them 3 times and was ignored, after a month I received a voicemail saying that they could not help me, even though no one ever spoke to me concerning my case. Not particularly helpful, or professional. Based on my experience, I would think their reviews are boosted. You may want to reach out to a firm that would be interested in getting basic information on a claim, before they kick you to the curb.
