I highly recommend!!! I reached out to Kim only 2 days before my assessment appeal date. She willingly reviewed my case and even advised that my case would be tough and arguably not worth having her represent me. However, I proceeded to have Kim represent me. She was able to reduce my assessment value below the purchase price of the people who owned the house 5 years before me, which created an instant savings well beyond the cost of her services. Not only did I not have to attend my hearing, but also Kim summed up my case in a way I could easily understand. I will definitely use Kim again should I be reassessed in the future!
