i called member services waited 55 min got nothing . called back went back to the automated phone system hit request new membership phone got answered in 30 seconds. looks like AAA is only worried about new money and not old . no stars for that but i did get great help from a gentleman by the name of James. five starts to him!

Verifying mileage discount information is always wrong for four consecutive years. The automobile insurance are overcharged every year. Hopefully this year will not happen again.
