Michael thoroughly explains what coverage is provided and recommends the coverage that makes the most since for your situation, whether that is vehicles, life, rental, home, boat, etc. He is very knowledgeable about the coverage he offers, and if he does not know the answer he will not tell you any lies, instead he will find the answer for you and rely that information to you. If life turns for the worse, and you have to make a claim, he remains professional and calm, and most importantly makes sure your well-being is okay and no one is seriously injured.
