I had the worse experience ever just now with AAA travel. I was on the phone for 17mins and not once did she ask me my name or tell me hers. She was rushing me and when I would ask a question seemed extremely annoyed. Every question I asked she would answer with 1 word even when I asked to have something explained. She was not helpful at all. I told her that I would try to make due with the information she provided and she said okay and hung up before I could even ask her name. I will be booking my Disney cruise and 4nights stay for 6 elsewhere. I am beyond unsatisfied.

Met with Travel consultant Yannick G. Most helpful agent and her services were by far the best I have ever experienced at any of the AAA facilities! She provided us with exceptional service, described travel plans, and went out of her way to follow up with my husband and I with several other travel options and pricing packages. Her motivation to meet our travel needed were surpassed. I have used AAA for numerous trips; Yannick was by far the most helpful and professional travel agent. I will be using her services again.
