Do not use these crooks. They are notorious for stealing security deposits. They come up with all these false expenses and do not understand how their own lease reads. We wanted a one year lease and they claimed we did not give thirty-day notice to when we moved out. The house was in better condition when we left it. Do yourself a favor and use someone else.
