I called the office last Friday after 5pm, from the Honda dealership. Brian took my call, and despite it being after hours, he helped me. I called because I remembered them from years ago when I used their services. He went over different coverages, and gave me a few tips on keeping my cost down. I had to wait on the dealer till the next day. In the meantime, Brian got everything together for me. He even called the dealer to obtain the name of the loss payee; on a Saturday! He faxed the binder and ID card to the dealer and I was able to pick up my new car the same day. I really appreciate the extra effort, he definitely went above and beyond. I trust Brian, and highly recommend his company. Thanks again.
