DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!! THEY ARE CROOKS. I HAD MY COMMERCIAL POLICY WITH THEM AND THEY WERE CHARGING ME FEE AND EVENTUALLY CREDIT ME BACK AND THEN I CLOSED MY ACCOUNT THEY PUT IT ON MY CREDIT THE MONEY THEY REFUNDED ME. THEN MY PERSONAL POLICY I HAD TWO VEHICLES AND THEN ON JULY 6TH I CALLED TO START NEW POLICY AND FOR ONLY VECHLIE NOT BOTH AND MADE IT CLEAR BUT THEY CHARGED ME FOR TWO AND I FOUND OUT AUG 20TH CALLED THEM TO FIND OUT WHY AND THEY TOLD ME BASICALLY TO PAY FOR BOTH I SAID NO THEY SAID THEY WILL PULL RECORDING AND THEY SAID I NEVER SAID ONE VECH. WHAT A CROCK OF BULL I ASKED FOR RECORDING THEY REFUSED. THEN I SAID FINE KEEP MY MONEY I JUST WANT TO PAY FOR MY ONE VECH. AND THEY SAID NO THEY CANCELED MY POLICY AND IF I WANT IT TO PAY FOR BOTH LMAO CROOKS CROOKS CROOKS

I have paid on time (usually early) every month for 4 years and now I find out that my claim will not be paid. The damage would cost less than a 1/3 of what I have paid you the past 4 years. You sure were happy to collect my money , but now that I need you, you tell me that I am not covered. I am not trusting you any more, I am now shopping for a new insurance company and hiring an attorney. Insurance is insurance. This tells me that I would not be covered no matter what happened to my car. I am making sure that all I know Stays So Far away, you go out of business!!!!!!!!!

I was shocked more than a month ago have my car parked, they say q I sent a check to repair more than a month ago and nothing comes, also called for information and I transferred the call to an automatic answering machine asking for the phone number and the number nearly to call back as soon as possible and no repeat callers and the call and return to the same company as the truth desagradable.

If I could, I would give no stars. We had the worst experience from Infinity. When we moved to a new state we called our insurance company and told them. We assumed they switched it over. When we try to get our registration, we are told it is still issued from our old state. We had to get a whole new policy with a new down payment. Absolutely the worst experience, hands down.

My car got hit with the roof off my building and i put in a claim two weeks ago and i have no car until the adjuster inspect the car again and i found that the right side rocker panel blew off during the storm and i had to go buy a new one my self.so how much longer do i have to wait?and they are only doing a patch job. Not good to treat your costumers this way

I wish I could negatively rate a company. I was with infinity for a few years until I had a 500 dollar fender bender. Once the 500 dollar claim was paid my monthly rate went up 10 dollars a month. FOR A 500 DOLLAR CLAIM! you must be kidding. Customer service is horrible. The entire company disgusts me honestly.

I was late for my appointment because I live on the total opposite side of town and had to work....they made me reschedule. When I came back the process took 5 minutes I was passed. Waste of time !!
