Mr. Rundell is a very good insurance agent and knows all the questions asked of him about the different policies that are available. I personally asked Mr. Rundell that if my neighbor throws trash (beer cans) in my yard and my dog eats them and gets sick from it, would that be covered under my home owners insurance. He then told me that I would need proof that my neighbor was the one doing it, then I should contact the police, or the Army.

Great customer service! Trent spent alot of time explaining things to my newly licensed son when we got him insured. He explained to him what to do in an accident, how important it is to not let a policy lapse and gave him things to keep in his glove box.
