I got a call from someone after being in a finder bender and the lady was so incredibly rude to me, she told me this happened because i was a young person who was inexperienced and she also stated she was older than me and knew more what she was talking about then I would, and she also told me how horrible my driving was, she does not even know me!! after me confronting her for being rude to me she said, " we will come after you" and then hung up on me!! she hung up on me before i could get her name or even ask what was going on. I did not ask for her to yell at me for my driving. accidents happen and if an insurance agent can not understand that or talk and be polite then she should not have the job. It ruined my day I was furious that someone whose job is to talk someone through this process yelled and then hung up on me!! she made me feel terrible. I did not appreciate the service I received from this company.

Zach is a great guy! Very down-to-earth, and will go out of his way to serve you (as well as Janine, the office manager). There have been times where they are slow or misplace your papers (seem a little unorganized sometimes). Their rates are great compared to other insurance companies in town. I love the fact that they do free emergency road-side service (I just had my car die and they covered the expenses for towing). Very pleased with their service.
