One star is a gift. I made every effort to have a positive relationship with this company. The mismanagement of my account is baffling. YesI wanted to give a local company my business but they were completely incapable. After paying my premium in full almost 2 months ago, I have never received a policy or insurance card. Never received acknowledgement of payment, but instead, a bill for a vehicle I do not own. Go Gieco if you want efficiency. These poor folks are struggling!

Either the staff is extremely incompetent or extremely dishonest. Whatever way I advise you to look elsewhere for insurance needs. Was told many incorrect things regarding price and policy info. They did not return my calls even after multiple messages. I just had to keep calling back. Was charged after canceling policies. Now waiting for refund.
