Classic insurance company. Rates go up every month even after "loyalty discounts". They set you up for failure. They give you a paperless discount and make their website difficult to navigate (they make fake links to cancel your policy that direct you to customer service instead). Snapshot discount also made my rates go up just cause I worked the night shift.

Upset Customer

Quoted me 1700 dollars for 6 months of liability state min. coverage. Lol. Allstate only hit me up for 1000 bucks. Which I paid up front in full. Worst experience of my life asked me very pointed questions about my previous accidents, which I have never had an insurance company do. Wasted 30 minutes of my time. Highest estimate yet.

Worst insurance company ever! My insurance was 360 a month I had four more months before they renewed it and they canceled on me, then they expected me to pay them for they canceled on me!

Avoid at all costs, changed coverage to generate a sale, removed key parts of my coverage without my consent. I found out when I saw my declarations page. Rates are insane.
