I worked with Samantha Villareal to get my new car insured. I was blown away that even though I was already a customer, Samantha treated me like a brand new case. She was even texting me at 9pm on a Friday to make sure I was insured for the weekend! She went above and beyond to make sure I was covered. I went out of my way to ask her if I could write her a review. I have been in customer service my whole career and I recognize stellar service when I get it. Samantha, keep up the good work! That level of detail and dedication to service will make you successful in no matter what you decide to do. Dan, if you have the power to give her a raise, you should! After prices on my previous insurance providers rose, I started to look around. I found Dan Lewis, and ended up bundling both my Auto and Home Insurance to State Farm, through Dan Lewis. By doing this Dan was able to find the best policies that fit my indivdual needs, which not only saved my money every month but made it feel like I was a valued customer. The customer service that I received at his office was outstanding, not only from Dan but from all of his employees, and I feel like I am in great hands with both of my insurance policies. Great service! Easy to work with! I called Dan to set up our business insurance. He had a great attitude and addressed all our needs right away. We were set up and insured within an hour or so. He then took time out of his day to stop by and visit us at our place of business. I have had State Farm Insurance now for five years with two other agencies and he is the first one to stop by our business to shake my hand and meet me. I would highly recommend the Dan Lewis agency above any other State Farm agency in Colorado Springs Or surrounding areas!

I would strongly recommend getting insurance with this agency. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and always want to make sure everything is meeting their clients standards. They are always making sure I get the best discounts on my policies, but still have my vehicles thoroughly covered in the long run. The staff even calls us when there are any possible changes in our coverages or policies just so we can fix it at the earliest point possible or at least not be surprised when the bill comes. Great customer service, great agency.

This company charged me for things that I did not need, raised my rates without notice, staff was rude when I called to question the rates, and continually messed up my billing. When I cancelled my policy I had to contact the office four times as they continued to charge me for the policy that I cancelled.
