I just wanted to let u know that Pepper, our catastrophe claim adjuster, is AWESOME!! He has been very flexible with my inspection times (i have a chaotic work schedule) and he was very thorough when he came to inspect our damage. Not to mention, hes is visibly a really nice, good person, and extremely friendly. I just wanted to give you guys some positive feedback, and say thank you for everything. We have had nothing but a good experience with Allstate throughout the years we have had you as our homeowners insurance (including the old house!). Highly recommend this office for those of you looking for homeowners insurance!!

Worst agency I have ever had. They do absolutely nothing to help their customers. I know that there are lots of cheaper insurances out there, but I figured I would pay more for better service. I was very wrong, worst customer service, worst claims department, and the staff at this office is worthless. Save yourself the trouble and money and go somewhere else.
