My dealings with this company itself have been both good and bad. The people working for this company are generally nice and helpful. I saw another person reccomend Michelle...i do too shes great but you have to know how to manuever through this company and ask the right questions if you do not have an agent like her. i have found several mistakes in billing not even really on their part but on the parts of the companies that they send you to. I listened to a commercial the other day and that is what prompted me to write this reveiw. Their commercial states that THEY are a local insurace agency and goes on to ask "why deal with companys that arent local" or something to that effect. That statement is NOT true. A afordable is NOT AN INSURANCE COMPANY they arent even your agent really. They are an insurance finder basically and they deal with many people who cannot get insurance due to many reasons. Our "local" company that was selected at random i guess was a company called occidental which oddly is just another company who does quotes as well. Very weird and that company charges us a fee to find us another insurance company. When we needed our insurance company due to a vandalization that we were covered for we found that our company that covers us is a company in Florida with probably the worst customer service of any insurance agency that we have ever seen. After already being victimized by someone we were then revictimized by the insurance agency that we have given tons of money to over the years. A affordable couldnt help us at all. We were instructed to deal with that company. We are still dealing with it now. Its been about three weeks we are paying for our rental which we have coverage for (lol we are getting "reinbursed" which mind you many people cant afford to do). Full coverage and i cant even get them to pay for a rental or get the agent to call me back. When she finally did i was happy that she was in Florida to be quite honest because theres no way she wouldve talked to me like that in my presence. Shes one of those who act like they are personally paying you out of their own pocket. They take your money and then want to devalue your beautiful vehicle that you loved and they also want to give us 200 dollars for 1400 dollar chrome rims and tires that we just bought and proved the cost of. To further add insult they dont want to pay us until the investiagtion is concluded. I dont know about you but i want the police to do their job properly. i dont want it rushed so i can get paid for my vehicle but at the same time i need my money for my car. I cant help but to wonder what that would have to do with anything anyway. Bottom line is this whole experience has been a nightmare and all a affordable can do about it is forward us to the people they put us in this nightmare with to begin with...hold please. If you really want good service and a real insurance agent that is in your state or local this is NOT the place to go. Their ad is honestly false advertisement.

Just wanted to say that A Affordable Insurance Agency has the best rates and as for the agents especially Audrey and Tammy, they was very informative and knowledgeable in what they do. And because of them I was able to get the best rate, with a relatively new license (3 years) Audrey and Tammy were awesome I am extremely satisfied with the coverage I got with them. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for coverage. Thanks again guys
