Allegiance claims on their website to have always remained dedicated to one thing: outstanding customer service. That commitment continues today as strong as ever. Much of our success is attributed to our amazing and dedicated staff. Customer Service and Teamwork are our top priorities. Our staff has a strong work ethic and is proud of what they do. This statement made by Allegiance is 100% false!!!! This is completely UNTRUE. This is a highly deceitful and unethical company.If you have an HRA or a flexible spending account from Allegiance do not plan on receiving a refund. They are trained to blame their accounting errors on you. Whether you talk to Stephanie, Rhonda, Callie, or their Supervisor Angela you will receive different answers each time you call. When they ask you to submit a specific document, they will follow up by saying that it is not what they needed. They expect you to fax it more than once to several different departments. If your employer uses Allegiance do whatever you can to encourage them not to! If you are an employer trying to choose a benefit company, DO NOT CHOOSE ALLEGIANCE! They will make your life miserable. I once told Allegiance that if I had a member, provider, or client waiting on my company, or I for as long as I have waited on Allegiance, you’d better believe they would be my number one priority, but they did not even have the common courtesy to give me a response. I really should not be surprised as they have never responded to me or returned my calls, despite their many promises. I have always had to contact them. I submitted for my HRA reimbursement in April. It is July 6, 2010 and I have not received my reimbursement. I have submitted my EOB’s directly from my insurance company. Still no payment..... This is just out of this world to me. It is Unprofessional, unethical, corrupt, dishonest, crooked, shady and deceitful. I clearly understand these benefits better than the employees and Supervisors at Allegiance. After making multiple phone calls and having my HR department bring our broker into this chaos, it is finally being worked through. It has taken over two weeks for Angela to put a spreadsheet together at Allegiance. Again, WHAT A JOKE! This is just crazy to me. Finally, a phone conference with our senior management team, including the entire HR department, Allegiance and our brokers agreed on Tuesday 6/29/10 that a reimbursement in 1-2 days was to be made. GUESS WHAT???? SURPRISE!!!! I HAVEN’T RECEIVED IT YET!!!!! Please spread the word to all of the people you know. Believe me I sure will. ALLEGIANCE IS BY FAR THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL GROUP OF COMPLETE IDIOTS I HAVE EVER BEEN FORCED TO DEAL WITH!

1/30/17 Prescription co-pay for Zofran: $19.21 1/30/17 Prescription co-pay for Omeprazole:$10.15 3/6/17 Prescription co-pay for Zofran: $80.69 3/6/17 Prescription co-pay for Omeprazole: $39.99 (about 10 bucks more than I can purchase over the counter). Suck a fat one Cigna/Allegiance. Edit: I was able to contact customer service. I spoke with Sheila (she is the reason for the one more star). As it turns out, it was a glitch in their system. I would have upped the star count to four had it not been for the generic response from im the owner blaming the cost of pharmaceuticals. The cost of the meds had not increased. It was only my copay. I still really miss BCBS.

Customer service with Allegiance is top of the bar. There is not a long wait, the questions asked are answered in a decent amount of time with structure and easy to understand explanations. I have never called Allegiance to receive less than perfect attention. They come across as a company that supports and appreciates their members
