As you know on 14 June I transferred my registration to a newly acquired vehicle. The following day I had an accident in Killingly, Connecticut on Interstate 395. I am compelled to drop you this note to thank you and your staff for the excellence in the assistance they provided in handling both events. In particular they made the filing of the claim with the carrier Arbella quickly, efficiently and stress free. In my professional experience dealing with the insurance industry I have found that not all organizations are compelled and/or capable of the exceptional level of service I experienced with your organization. This was a great relief as I was also dealing with a 91 year old mother that was with me in the car during the accident as well as suffering from pneumonia. It is not always known what other issues a person may be dealing with. Independent of the knowledge of my other issues your staff in their professionalism freed me from any additional burdens in the handling of the loss thus allowing me to maintain my main focus at that time. I note this as it was evident that this was their normal operational procedure and not an extraordinary effort resulting from the circumstances. For this level of excellence I am extremely grateful as for me it was critically important. Be assured anyone I encounter in need of insurance going forward will be referred to Segreve & Hall as well as Arbella.
