I have been a loyal customer to Robert Wilkens for the past few years. Often times referring friends and coworkers to contact them for better auto insurance quotes. All received quotes that they were happy with. Some still remaining customers. Unfortunately for me, Robert Wilkens was unable to work out a quote that was manageable for me this year so I decided to work directly with a new insurance company. However, cancelling my policy through Robert Wilkins was a nightmare due to their negligent customer service and less than prompt response time. I am extremely disappointed as I did not expect the process of cancellation to be so difficult. I will NOT be using or referring Robert Wilkins to anyone in the future. Insurance brokers today need to be more efficient in the competitive Insurance field. Unfortunately, Robert Wilkens is a little behind in the times when it comes to efficiency.
