I have many insurance policies, both personal & business w/ Josh Igou, State Farm Ins in Kingston, TN. I have been a customer for 12 years. I have received outstanding service, well beyond what is normal or expected. After every claim I get a phone call asking if everything was handled satisfactorily. They do research for me to see how different strategies could potentially save me money. I have compared prices w/ other companies & their prices are either the same or better. Not only is the service exceptional, everyone in the office is so nice!!

I was with USAA for 40 years and just felt like I was just a number in their system with State Farm I fill like I know all the girls in the office they call me by my first name name when I call . Coming from a big city I was not use to this home town warmth but it is starting to grow on me, keep up the great work girls
