I was hesitant because I live a good distance from the Luc Nguyen office location; but oh boy I am glad I did call Luc Nguyen Insurance. Paperwork was easily done with phone and email. He was friendly and very responsive. He was thorough going through the discounts that I qualified and got me a good saving too on my auto and home insurances.
