do not deal with these unfair company ever. They seem to be a low cost insurance but they are tricky ! They will over charge you some hidden expenses before you end up your policy with them. They made me pay a good amount of money in order to keep my policy until the ending year time. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE is inappropriate, nasty and humiliating. I have had three different car insurance in the past and never happened such a bad experience with them. Do not do it !

Because of the bad reviews I was apprehensive in dealing with Maidstone so was pleasantly surprised that a recent claim I had was handled professionally and promptly. I had to deal with four different departments after an accident and was treated with extraordinary kindness and knowledge about the process by each one I talked to. This is not always the case with other agencies. Special shout out to Dana, Gina, and Lisa. I would recommend Maidstone to anyone.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEIR CHEAP COST. They are extremely rude and nasty people on the phone. I even spoke to the supervisor and it was an embarrassing conversation on her end she should be ashamed of herself with the attitude she speaks to her customers with. I spoke to Madeline and a Rep named Dave. They refuse to give their last names. They were of no help. They cost me a lot of money. I regret ever using them .

this company needs to be revamped. Their insured hit my car they would only pay for a rental for 7 days despite the fact that my car was still in the shop being repaired. So how am I suppose to get around with my car in the shop. So now I have to fight to get them to pay or else the rental company is going to revoke my 250.00 deposit that I had to leave with them. smh maidstone and auto one needs to divorce asap

This insurance company is horrible there customer service representatives need further training on how to speak respectfully to there valuable customers. They have no understanding or compassion when they speak to there customers. This company will also change your policy without your permission, money wasted.
